Gaudint Barcelona Suites apartments will make your stay in Barcelona as easy for you as possible.
• Where can I collect the keys to the apartment?

Our reception is open from 9am to 7pm and this is where you can check in and collect the keys. We have a 24-hour telephone number which you can contact outside the reception opening hours and we will sort everything out for your arrival.

• How will my booking be confirmed?

You will receive an email confirming your booking.

• What time must I enter and vacate the apartment?

You can enter the apartments from 3pm and the check-out time is 11pm. If you need to enter at an earlier or later time, please let us know and we will check whether this can be accommodated.

• Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage?

It is not a problem for you to leave your luggage at reception free of charge.

• What happens if I arrive late?

For arrivals after 19pm we provide access codes. Please let us know Your arrival time beforehand.

• What happens if I cancel my booking?

There is no extra charge if you let us know within 7 days.

• How can I pay for my booking?

In cash at reception or using Visa, Master Card credit cards.

• Are there any extra charges?

No, the price stated on our website includes taxes except the tourist tax. Enquire about extra services to include them during your stay.

• Do I need to leave a deposit?

On the day of your arrival we ask for a deposit of €200, which will be returned to you on the day that you leave

• Is the credit card payment secure?

The credit card is to guarantee your booking.

• If I need something, who should I contact?

Our reception is open from 9am to 7pm and outside these opening hours we have an emergency telephone number.

• What happens if I break or lose something?

We ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that it can be repaired, replaced or the cost calculated.

• Do children have to be paid for?

Under 3s can stay free of charge (except Suite apartment - adults only)  Cots and high-chairs are available, just let us know when you make your booking.

• How many people can stay in the apartments?

Depending on the apartment, the maximum capacity is 7, 6 or 2 people (in the suite). Extra beds are not allowed.

• Do I need to bring anything with me?

Not at all, the apartments are fully equipped. We have a supermarket list in case you require a shopping service for your arrival.

• Is there a cleaning service?

There will be a change of sheets and towels every 3 days. If you need extra cleaning, please let the reception know. The cost of extra cleaning is € 50.

• Do I need an adaptor plug?

We have adaptors.

• Are animals allowed?

No animals apart from guide dogs are allowed.

• Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, except on the balcony in the suite or in the area of the patio which is intended for smoking.

• Do you accept hen or stag parties?

No stag or hen parties are accepted.
